Every registered NSFA player is automatically covered by insurance through Football NSW’s Insurance Program, administered by Gow-Gates Insurance Brokers. This coverage is included in your registration fees and applies during official matches, training, trials, and other sanctioned football activities.
• Report Your Injury
- Notify us as soon as practical with details of your injury (date, time, location,
- activity being undertaken eg. training or game) - info@gordonfc.com.au
• Visit the Gow-Gates Football Insurance Portal
- Register an account and download and complete a Club Declaration Form
• Club Verification
- Send your completed Club Declaration Form to info@gordonfc.com.au for verification and signature.
- Verification involves confirming:
- Your registration status
- The injury occurred during an approved football activity
• Submit Your Claim
- Upload required documentation:
- Club Declaration (signed by club representative)
- Physician’s Report
- Additional documents for loss of income claims
Important Notes
- Medicare-related expenses cannot be claimed
- Claims should be submitted as soon as possible after injury
- Weekly benefits are payable for up to 52 weeks where applicable
