4 & 5 Year Olds (Mixed)

Keen football players aged 4 (and some 5 year olds) who are not yet at school have the option of joining our weekly training sessions on Tuesday afternoons. This can help them learn skills, make friends and decide if football is for them or not. Once they move to U6 they can start playing weekend matches along with the Tuesday training. 
Training will be the only cost.  Exact training times will be advertised from mid March - but likely to be 4:30-5:30pm on Tuesdays for this group - at Koola Park in East Killara. Training will commence at the end of March and run until end of August. Training is to be signed up for separately via our web site once it’s open.

U6-U11 Miniroos (Mixed)

The Miniroos age group is for both boys and girls and prioritizes having fun with friends in an environment in which basic football skills can be developed. The league is non-competitive in nature in that no formal league table is maintained. 

As players progress through the age groups the size of the teams and fields increase to provide an optimal playing format for the participants.

Teams play in 4 a side format (no goalkeeper) 

Under 8 and 9

Teams play in a 7 a side format with a goalkeeper 

Under 10 and 11

Teams play in a 9 a side format with a goalkeeper

Game rules are in line with national guidelines for the appropriate age group, with an appointed Game Leader assisting during matches to ensure players both abide by the rules and really enjoy themselves.

Mixed Miniroos teams play on Saturday mornings.

U12-U18 Juniors (Mixed)

The Juniors age group caters for both boys and girls from U12 to U18. It provides players with an introduction to competitive football in that matches are played for points.

As players progress through the age groups the size of the teams and fields increase to provide an optimal playing format for the participants.

Mens All Age (MAA)

Our Men’s All Age teams comprise of many players who continue to seek out an enjoyable football experience after having moved through the younger age divisions.

Whilst there is a competitive dynamic to the match format, there is a very strong emphasis on a fun, social environment in which both new and old friendships can thrive.

Game rules are in line with national guidelines.
MAA games are typically played on Saturday afternoons during the winter season.

Our Men’s 45+ age group comprises a number of players who have been members of the club and active participants on the field for many years.

We are always seeking out new members to join the fold and are welcoming of players of all skills and fitness levels.
